Refund policy

We hope you will love your MissChief items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch within 14 working days of your receipt. As many of our items are made to order, we are only able to offer refunds unless your item is faulty, but happy to offer an exchange.

Please note that any exchanged items must be in a saleable condition; they must be unworn, unwashed and have all labels still intact.
